Earlier this week, I ordered a bouquet for a very special person in celebration of National Nurses Week—to honor the incredible nurse and person she is. I chose the upgraded arrangement with next-day delivery. On the day of delivery, I received a call from Jason, the florist at Bella Fiore Florist, letting me know that he didn’t have the exact flowers required to meet the standard of the upgraded version.

He gave me two options: he could create the best possible bouquet with what he had on hand and deliver it that day, or I could wait one more day for the upgraded version. I chose to wait. Jason assured me he would go the extra mile to make it beautiful and meaningful—and he even offered to tell the recipient that the delay was his fault.

When the bouquet arrived, it was absolutely stunning. My friend was deeply moved—it brought her to tears. I truly appreciate Jason’s honesty, communication, and dedication to quality. He could have easily sent a lesser bouquet and I never would have known, but instead, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

In a world where this level of service is increasingly rare, Jason and Bella Fiore Florist stood out. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future floral needs!

The flower arrangement was beyond my expectations. It was creative, fun and absolutely perfect as a gift for my mother’s 81st birthday. Jason delivered the flowers to her and when she didn’t answer the door he called me to let me know he left them on the porch and that the weather was cool so the flowers should be fine. I couldn’t be happier and I will use them for all my flowers in Morgantown.

I’ve used Bella Fiore for at least three separate occasions, and they never disappoint. They have the most beautiful arrangements. I also love the personal touch of handwritten cards vs typed messages. I highly recommend for either a single arrangement and for bigger events.

Beautiful!!! We have ordered flowers from other places that are usually specific bouquets, but the ones I saw this time did not appeal to me. I came across the Designer's Choice and it was the best arrangement our daughter has ever received from us! (But not the most expensive) I will purchase the Designer's Choice again.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and they were beautiful! The arrangement colors varied a bit due to the current health pandemic and what is available. The website clearly stated that they would substitute with similar items and the floral arrangement was actually even more beautiful with the colors they had to substitute. I was uncertain ordering from out of town and not knowing the floral shops, but would absolutely order from here again! We were very happy with our purchase and the value of the product.

(Side note: My sister actually received three arrangements, all from this same floral shop, for her birthday that day and they all were different designs and beautiful.)
