7 May 2025Earlier this week, I ordered a bouquet for a very special person in celebration of National Nurses Week—to honor the incredible nurse and person she is. I chose the upgraded arrangement with next-day delivery. On the day of delivery, I received a call from Jason, the florist at Bella Fiore Florist, letting me know that he didn’t have the exact flowers required to meet the standard of the upgraded version.
He gave me two options: he could create the best possible bouquet with what he had on hand and deliver it that day, or I could wait one more day for the upgraded version. I chose to wait. Jason assured me he would go the extra mile to make it beautiful and meaningful—and he even offered to tell the recipient that the delay was his fault.
When the bouquet arrived, it was absolutely stunning. My friend was deeply moved—it brought her to tears. I truly appreciate Jason’s honesty, communication, and dedication to quality. He could have easily sent a lesser bouquet and I never would have known, but instead, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
In a world where this level of service is increasingly rare, Jason and Bella Fiore Florist stood out. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future floral needs!
